“Wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area!! We stay in Estes about 5 times a year at various rentals, and this is in my top 2 places I have stayed in. Very comfortable and wonderful space for a family. Large enough to not feel crowded at all! Husband loved the fishing right outside the back door. Great walking path along the river to get coffee, food, or wine at Coffee on the Rocks. Not far from downtown. I actually walked to downtown, and it was an easy 15-minute walk. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!”

“Thank you for the wonderful townhouse accommodations. The place is so clean and exactly as pictured and summarized on the listing. We so enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. Being next to the river is a must. There are picnic tables by the river to enjoy lunch and view the wildlife. Love the location, and we will be back! Don't miss walking to Coffee on the Rocks!”
